Three people needed a way out beneath the cliffs at Thornwick Bay in England. And the rescue teams found one together. On October tenth, Flamborough's volunteer lifeboat crew pulled one person from the water, then recovered two more from below the overhanging cliffs. A Coastguard helicopter helped bring all three to safety. Hours later came the message the crew hoped for: one of those rescued said he and his friends were safe and well. That's teamwork worth celebrating. Want to help crews answer the next call? Our website links to the RNLI's official donation page.
